Per 100g:

• 83g High quality whey Protein ( dry matter)
• 88g Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA)
• 76g Essential Amino Acids (EAA)
• 45g Glutamine/Glutamic acid
• Aspartame free

Mix 30gr(1 scoop) with 200-250ml. water with a fork or shaker and drink immediately, 3 times a day – in the morning, before and after training.

For slow protein release (preferably at bedtime) you may want to mix a dose with low-fat milk instead of water.
